Music Lesson

Rita Zhang is full of creativity and passion. As a skilled pianist, she has been playing piano for more than 25 years. As a music educator, she has been teaching for more than 10 years. She has taught more than 200 students of all ages and ethnicity. Her goal is to instill a sense of music appreciation, while at the same time to teach students about the technical aspects of music. She encourages her students to reach beyond themselves to achieve their dream of music.  Rita Zhang works for Stratford School/BASIS Independent School as the music specialist.

Rita has passed the highest level of Chinese National Piano Examination and ABRSM Music Theory Examination. She is a member teacher of MTAC (Music Teachers' Association of California). Rita previously worked at art schools and now she owns her music studio located on Communication Hill in San Jose. Please contact for more information.
